職責：負責學生事務，包括職涯發展、學生組織及輔導等；籌劃及帶領內地與海外之交流活動；撰寫對外的資助建議書；處理日常行政工作。

要求：主修輔導、社會工作或社會科學學士學位，註冊社工將獲優先考慮；最少三年相關或青年工作經驗；具大學或專上院校工作經驗、調研及籌組學生組織者優先考慮；良好中英文書寫技巧；主動、能獨立處事、具良好溝通及人際技巧；熟悉內地文化及能操流利普通話為佳。
