職責：掌握市場各行業培訓資訊、開拓及鞏固僱主網絡、搜尋合適的職位空缺；宣傳再培訓課程及各項相關服務；策劃及統籌各項招聘講座、僱主活動、有關行業推廣活動等；安排參觀實習、生涯規劃及工作體驗等。
要求：持有學士學位或以上程度，修讀市場學或有關課程更佳；最少具備三年工作經驗；包括兩年相關工作經驗；具備良好溝通、管理技巧及責任心； 良好中英文會話及書寫技巧；良好電腦知識及懂 MS Office, Zoom, Adobe C.S. 更佳；具僱員再培訓局課程經驗者優先考慮。
