Job Description :

• To assist the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including roster, training, daily administration etc.
  
• To monitor and manage the receptionists, waiters and supervisory staff during service.
  
• To assist with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests.
  
• To execute & follow up food / beverage / general requisitions / transfer forms in sections involved.
  
• To provide the guest services and handle guests' complaints / suggestion with professional manner.
  
• To ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant in a high hygiene standard.
  
• To ensure the personal hygiene, grooming and image of all restaurant staff under company's regulation.
  
• To prepare the required periodical reports.

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in hospitality industry at supervisory level.
  
• Diploma or above in food and beverage / hospitality management.
  
• Strong management skill with positive mind-set.
  
• Must have good communication of written and spoken in English.
  
• Proficient in POS and computer knowledge.
