ImpactHK is a non-profit that provides the homeless in Hong Kong with friendship, food, shelter, education and jobs. It believes in the power of kindness in tackling the pressing problem of homelessness in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities :
Programme Strategy and Development

• Develop programme strategics, set and deliver goals and objectives;
  
• Create and implement best practice programme management vision, strategy, policies, processes, procedures, cost and quality;
  
• Take ownership of programme management policy, guidelines, protocols.

• Overall responsibility for programme management activities and service units;
  
• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure they are met;
  
• Reporting of programme status, risk and issues in an appropriate and timely manner;
  
• Develop and maintain good relationships with service partners.

• Contribute to, monitor and be accountable to various grant projects. Produce funding reports;
  
• Ensure all funding report requirements are fulfilled;
  
• Co-work on new funding opportunities.

• Manage and lead the programme department with multi-disciplinary professionals;
  
• Build and maintain positive and productive working relationships with internal departments.

• Contribute to annual budgeting process and develop budgets for all programmes.

• Recognized degree in social work or relevant disciplines;
  
• Professional membership would be a plus;
  
• 10 years relevant working experience in social service sector, preferably with 5 years of management experience;
  
• Fluent Cantonese, proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  
• Passionate about working with the marginalized groups.
