Native-speaking English Teacher (NET)
An established aided primary school in Kam Tin invites application for the above post for 2026/2028.
Descriptions
Qualification for Appointment :
The applicant should be / possess
- a native-speaker of English or possess native-speaker English competence;
- a relevant Bachelor's degree majoring in the study of English from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or a Bachelor's degree in any subjects, and a higher degree majoring in the study of English or related subject from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and
- a Post-graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) majoring in English Language, or equivalent; and
- a Teaching English as a Foreign / Second Language (TEFL / TESL) qualification at least at certificate level, or equivalent.
Preference will be given to applicants who are stated in the EDB candidate pool of the NET scheme, or those who are now appointed under the EDB NET scheme in Primary Schools.
