Call Handler (PO II) (Full-time / Part-time / Temporary) (Contract) (Rehabilitation Services)

- Associate degree / Diploma (QF Level 4) or above in social work, psychology, counselling, relevant to mental health or equivalent
- Experience in mental health services and aggregate work is preferred
- Answer incoming calls, providing empathetic support and information
- Record caller details and assess immediate needs for assistance
- Refer callers to appropriate resources and services as needed
- Working Place : (24 Hours Service) Kowloon
