Call Center Senior Supervisor (SW II / SPO) (Contract) (Rehabilitation Services)

- A bachelor's degree or above in social work, psychology, counselling, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in mental health services and aggregate work
- Aggregate work experience in hotline management is preferred
- Supervise call handlers, providing guidance and support during shifts
- Monitor call quality and performance metrics to ensure standards are met
- Facilitate training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills
- Working Place : (24 Hours Service) Kowloon
