- 持認可社會工作文憑或以上學歷，註冊社工
- 香港中學文憑試 / 會考 5 科 (包括中、英文(乙)) 達到 2 級或以上或等同學歷
- 具 3 年或以上復康服務經驗優先
- 負責個案評估、設計及執行個人計劃及活動
- 督導及行政工作
- 院舍服務需輪班，另設津貼
- 工作地點：(院舍服務)：柴灣 - 日間訓練中心暨宿舍
