- 須具副學位 / 大專程度或以上，中英文能力良好
- 中學會考五科合格或中學文憑試五科達第 2 級，包括中、英文 (課程乙)
- 須具三年或以上相關工作經驗，如社會工作、社福機構、巿場推廣、客戶服務等
- 個性主動、為人成熟，對培訓工作有承擔和熱忱，善於溝通及樂於與人接觸
- 懂得使用辦公室常用的文書軟件
- 熟悉僱員再培訓服務運作者優先
- 每週工作 44 小時
- 負責督導、統籌本會僱員再培訓課程及跟進學員就業服務及相關工作
- 負責收生面試及課程行政工作
- 工作地點：元朗區，及可能被委派到各中心工作
