Reporting to the Head of Corporate Functions, the incumbent will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of the Society's IT functions. This role involves the strategic development and monitoring of IT initiatives, the management of IT projects, ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems, and the continuous enhancement of management IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Head of Corporate Functions in formulating and executing IT strategies, ensuring alignment with the Society's and administrative objectives while driving operational efficiency, security, innovation, and digitalization.
  
• Lead the team in managing IT projects, operations, infrastructure, systems, and service delivery, ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment that meets the evolving needs of the Society.
  
• Supervise and optimize IT service delivery, including helpdesk operations, end-user support, and service level management, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
  
• Identify and introduce advanced and appropriate IT technologies and solutions, such as the use of AI, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements of relevant IT policies and procedures.
  
• Formulate and review relevant policies, procedures, and workflows periodically to maintain best practices.
  
• Supervise the IT team to ensure its effectiveness, efficiency, and professional development.
  
• Participate in ad hoc projects and corporate strategic exercises to support the society's broader goals.

• Degree holder in Information Systems, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  
• A minimum of 7 years solid experience and at least 3 years in supervisory / managerial level.
  
• Experience in the welfare sector an advantage.
