Contract Trajectory Development Manager

Descriptions

Small Group Home Programme 'JC Project Bonfire' (funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust)

Duties :
(a) Assess the needs, interests, strengths, and aspirations of C&Ys and empower them to co-develop an individualized development plan ("IDP") from a positive developmental trajectory perspective. (b) Effectively utilize and optimize the Child and Youth Trajectory Fund and the Social Capital Platform to actualize the IDP and build their social capital. (c) Assist in building the opportunity network of the Social Capital Platform and cultivate meaningful partnerships with community stakeholders. (d) Provide ongoing support to C&Ys in sustaining a positive developmental trajectory after discharge. (e) Complete the training and capacity-building programmes designated for this post.

Requirements :
(a) A recognized Bachelor's degree (or above) in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Guidance and Counselling, or related field. Non-degree holders with commensurable experience (e.g. relevant frontline experience) will be considered. (b) 2 years (or above) work experience in social services / health care field would be an advantage. (c) Good command of both Chinese and English. (d) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. (e) Computer literate (f) Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills. (g) Able to work independently with creative and logical thinking ability. (h) Resourceful and rich connection / network with relevant community resources and opportunities. (i) Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and a good team player. (j) Able to work under pressure and challenging environments.
