The School of Architecture at The Chinese University of Hong Kong is a world-class, research-led and professionally connected learning environment. We embrace innovative approaches to architectural education and cross-disciplinary research that impact on society and the profession. We are now seeking outstanding Executive Officer / Project Co-ordinator to join the School's administration team.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) supporting accreditation preparation and new programme development, assisting in programme planning and budgeting and providing committee services; (b) handling timetabling exercise, grade submission, data analysis and student cases; (c) co-ordinating admissions processes including promotional activities; (d) managing student exchange programmes and scholarships; and (e) organising programme events such as reviews, exhibitions, conferences, alumni mentorship, etc.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website : https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo (for Executive Officer II); (iii) at least 4 years' relevant post-qualification executive experience, preferably in programme administration or event organisation; (iv) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (v) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (vi) the ability to work independently and under pressure; (vii) proficient computer skills. Those with less but at least 2 years' executive experience may be considered for appointment as Project Co-ordinator II. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
