Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direction and strategy to the overall planning, implementing and monitoring of the Association's Integrated Families Support Services (including Bradbury Parents Resources Centre, Parents Regional Network, Jockey Club Down Syndrome Centre and other funding projects)
  
• Coordinate and develop Parents' Committee
  
• Provide supervision and support to team members
  
• Prepare funding proposals and reports
  
• Maintain and explore partnering relationship to ensure sustainability of services

• Registered Social Worker
  
• Degree or above in Social Work with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experiences; or
  
• Higher diploma or certificate in Social Work with at least 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in social work in which 5 years in rehabilitation field
  
• Preferably with at least 3 years management experience
  
• Mature and proactive, strong management skill and leadership in supervise IC and directing service development
  
• Good writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English
