Main Duties :

• Planning and organising fundraising programs and activities;
  
• Enhance donation channels to generate supporters;
  
• Support planning and coordination of communications and promotions' media outreach; promotional events and programs;
  
• Development of marketing materials and channels to increase the exposure of the organisation;
  
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the organisation's image and services.
  
• Assist external liaising and follow-ups with vendors and donors.

• A recognised degree in communications, marketing or other relevant areas;
  
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising and event management, with good relations with the media;
  
• Ability to multi-task, excellent organisation skills, self-motivated, mature, willing to work under pressure and tight deadlines; a good team player with strong interpersonal skills;
  
• Possess passion in working in the NGO sector;
  
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese & English;
  
• Good PC knowledge and skills, including AI, webpage maintenance and online platforms.
