Responsibilities :
Responsible for image building, promotion and fund-raising activities of the Association as well as website maintenance and publications :

• Develop and implement publicity strategies for promotion of the Association
  
• Formulate and implement fundraising strategies so as to explore and develop stable donation sources
  
• Build and maintain positive rapport with stakeholders

Requirements :

• Degree or above in relevant discipline
  
• At least 3 years of solid relevant fundraising and communication experience; social welfare related experience is preferable
  
• Strong initiative, outgoing, mature and committed to work
  
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communications skills
  
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  
• With a good command on both English and Chinese
  
• Skills and knowledge of website maintenance would be an advantage

Salary & Benefits :
We offer 5-day work per week, competitive remuneration package including medical insurance, staff training allowance and additional employer voluntary contribution to MPF for full-time staff who work 5 years or above.
