Po Leung Kuk is a well-established charitable organization in Hong Kong and has been serving the local community for 146 years. The Kuk provides diversified social services including education, welfare and recreation to the general public.

Descriptions

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the strategic planning, development and management of Elderly / Rehablitation Services for about 70 service units covering residential care, day care, home care and community support services; and
- Monitor the service qualities, advise on service development, plan and lead the new initiatives. Proposal writing and communication with external partners and funding organizations.
Requirements :
- A recognized university degree holder in Social Work, Nursing, Health Care, or related field is required; and
- At least 12 years of relevant work experience in a sizaeble non-governmental organization and/or related government departments, with a minimum of 7 years in a managerial position; and
- Be responsible, self-motivated, meticulous, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; and
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
