- RSW, Degree in Social Work or above, HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 / above (incl. Chi. and Eng.) or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years in youth services with experience managing employment projects for young adults / students
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Passionate about youth development; strong leadership; creative problem-solving, collaborative, and adaptable
- Manage employment and career-related projects for young adults, tertiary students, and secondary school students, including mass programs, group initiatives, and casework
- Develop the Employment Development Services Unit and its associated services
- Supervise the team
- Develop and manage stakeholder relationships
- Working Location: Wan Chai
