Responsibilities :

  • In charge the operation of Vocational Training Centre for adult with intellectual disabilities
  • Ongoing development of training curriculum and strategic partnership with corporate for placement and employment opportunities
  • Work independently and well-versed with government and corporations funding procedures

Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work
  • 3 years' experience or above in NGO, preferably with supervisory roles and duties
  • Experience in vocational rehabilitation service and career development will be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and high proficiency in English / Chinese
  • Work Location : Tai Po
