Responsibilities :

• Services Supervisor is one the top three tier executives of the Association and report to the Assistant General Secretary (Services)
  
• The incumbent will initially be appointed to oversee the operation of subvented rehabilitation services units and will be rotated to different service areas to gain wider exposure
  
• The incumbent is required to develop service planning and lead teams to enhance quality, operation, training and development, and financial, administrative, supervisory and personnel management systems

• Registered Social Worker
  
• Bachelor degree in Social Work with At least 8 years of supervisory experience in the rehabilitation setting for people with intellectual disabilities / social welfare sector or
  
• Diploma in Social Work with at least 10 years of supervisory experience in the rehabilitation setting for people with intellectual disabilities
  
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential
