The Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer Services (ORKTS) is inviting applications for a part-time Project Co-ordinator II to provide support primarily to an external-funded project. The appointee will be responsible for (a) supporting in the implementation of a territory-wide social enterprise start-up competition; (b) developing and executing strategies for social media, including design, copywriting and ad management; (c) preparing publicity materials both online and offline; (d) managing a website (back-end management); (e) providing occasional on-site event support; and (f) performing other tasks as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 to 4 years' post-qualification work experience in communications, marketing, public relations (PR), or any related field; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including basic Putonghua); (iv) good knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media and PR; (v) the ability to work independently; and (vi) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop and Chinese word-processing, and hands-on experience in website back-end, such as Word Press.

Appointment will be made on contract basis for 6 months to 1 year.
