Executive Officer (Human Resources) (Functional Title : Assistant HR Manager)
The Association is a medical Association formed in 1948 under Chapter 1024 of Hong Kong Legislation and at present it is the parent organisation of Ruttonjee Hospital and Grantham Hospital. It also administers one Care and Attention Home, three Chinese Medicine Clinics, one Dental Clinic as well as a Health Promotion Centre.

Job Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day HR affairs and resolve staff incidents
- Seek for improvement in HR structures & processes to optimise operational efficiency
- Plan and work collaboratively with different service units on the development of eHR system
- Develop and execute occupational safety plans in the workplace according to legal requirements
Requirements :
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable companies / organisations
- Candidate with IT proficiency & HRIS experience is preferred
- Experience in managing and implementing projects in a collaborative manner
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
Salary and Benefits :
- HK$34,060 - $47,795 per month (commensurate with qualification and experience)
- 10% gratuity of total basic salary drawn during contract period is provided from the 2nd contract onwards.
