The appointee will be responsible for planning and executing the Student Development Programmes of the College. He/She is expected to (a) plan and organise various educational, cultural and sports programmes; (b) support the implementation of signature student activities; (c) liaise with various student organisations of the College; (d) support College administration and functions; and (e) perform other duties as assigned. Irregular working hours, including weekends, evenings or holidays, and outdoor work may be required.

Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); (iii) at least 2 years' post-qualification executive experience; (iv) excellent interpersonal and communication skills; (v) a strong team spirit, a strong sense of work ethic and self-motivation; (vi) genuine interest in working with students, young people, and various stakeholders of the College; (vii) an ability to work independently and efficiently, with flexibility and creativity in problem solving; (viii) strong organisational skills and attentiveness to details; (ix) the willingness to work outside office hours as necessary; and (x) competency in IT applications. Experience / expertise in tertiary education administration, youth work, experiential learning, or public sector service will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
