Job Purpose :
To assist Head of IT to design and oversee organization's architecture to solve business needs. Establish policies, standards and guidelines to manage the frameworks of the Agency.

Job Responsibilities :

Responsible for end-to-end system architectural design and cloud infrastructure, solution planning and implementation
Deliver solution architect services in the project phase and provide consultation support on systems, network and security areas in the operation phrase
Design, develop, test and support the architecture components in support of the Agency
Develop system architectural direction, guideline and standard
Work closely with each IT domains to ensure projects are being delivered
Coach team members in order to build up a strong IT architecture environment
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior
Participate in projects / tasks as assigned in Agency and Division levels

Requirements :

Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computing Studies or related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge of servers, storage, operation systems, virtualization, backup, security and micro-services
Experienced in below application
- Information systems design and delivery of solutions for architecture, system, databases, and integration components
- Microsoft-based products such as Windows OS, AD and O365 Products
- Linux environment such as Database, Webserver and API gateway
- Automates operation environment such as Kubernetes
Familiar with system / Infrastructure architectures on environment setup, administration, automation, monitoring, security, resilience, backup / recovery and troubleshooting
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive, independent, multi-tasked and able to meet tight deadline
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Attained professional technical certification including Information Security /Network / Cloud is highly preferred

This employment is under contract term.
