• Degree holder
  
• HKDSE 5 subjects level 2 / above (including Chinese and English) or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years relevant post degree experience in supervisory role, preferably in customer service
  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Detail minded, self motivated, independent, efficient and a good team player
  
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  
• Supervise the client relation team for smooth daily operation and good customer services
  
• Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including answering enquiries, handling complaints, assist center CRM and client servicing projects, etc
  
• Handle administrative work for the team
  
• Shift duties are required
  
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor
