• Degree in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering or related engineering disciplines
  
• At least 7 years solid and relevant A&A / Fitting out / Renovation works experience
  
• Good understand on the Hong Kong Building Regulation is a must
  
• Computer knowledge preferable, e.g. Autocad, MS Office and Photoshop etc
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Conversant in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• Overseeing agency-wide A&A / Fitting out / Renovation Works project and construction management, contract administration and property facilities management
  
• Budget preparation, manage, plan, control and monitor the execution of A&A / Fitting out / Renovation works project implementation and their delivery within the defined schedule, safety, budget cost and quality standards
  
• Supervise a project team and monitoring their daily operation
  
• Liaise and collaborate with end-users, government authorities, external consultants, contractors and internal service divisions
