The Department of Finance of the CUHK Business School (also known as the Faculty of Business Administration) is looking for candidates to take up the position of Project Co-ordinator II in the Master of Science (MSc) in Finance programme.

The appointee will be assigned to the MSc in Finance Programme, with duties such as (a) assisting in organising and administering programme-related activities, including admission exercise, co-ordination of student activities, careers support, etc.; (b) organising and supporting promotional events; (c) providing executive support to office administration and secretarial support to the Director of the MSc Programme; (d) developing, monitoring and maintaining the MSc Programme's website and social media channels; and (e) performing various office duties in the Department of Finance. He/She is expected to work outside normal office hours.

Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); (iv) a meticulous attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and good interpersonal and management skills; (v) self-initiative, and the ability to work independently and multitask within tight deadlines; (vi) literacy in computer and web applications, including creating and managing content for promotion and social media in English and Chinese; and (vii) competency in video production and conferencing.

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
