Programmes Manager
We are a non-governmental social service organisation and our mission is to curb the spread of HIV and to provide care and support for those infected with or affected by HIV and AIDS. We are looking for a qualified person for the above post.
Descriptions
The Programmes Manager will support the project in-charge to develop and implement HIV preventive projects; responsible for maintenance and monitoring of the progress of projects; and provide direct services (helpline, VCT, support group, outreach and etc.) for the MSM community.
Requirements
- University graduate with social work training and must be a RSW;
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a social service organisation at supervisory or management level;
- Knowledge of HIV / AIDS and / or solid experience in fields such as case and group work, patient service, elderly service, youth outreach work, community education as well as volunteers coordination;
- Able to work in the evenings and weekends;
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English; and
- Good writing, reporting and project management skills.
