Service Officer (Spiritual Arts Care and Communication)
The Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union (HKCCCU) is a Christian organization with a long history. Kwong Yum Care Home (Integrated Aged Care Service) is directly managed by HKCCCU. Its establishment expresses the Christian faith for both the pursuit of quality aging life and care. We are now looking for high calibre people to join the dynamic multi-disciplinary team.
Descriptions
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement psycho-social-spiritual care services to elderly and caregivers
- Design and coordinate creative and spiritual arts care to elderly and caregivers to explore and experience the power of creativity
- Work closely with community partners, volunteers and artists to bring the new arts experience to the elderly and caregivers
- Initiate and implement the innovative projects for their well-being
- Manage the social media presence and diverse events of the Care Home to promote compassionate community and engage with a wider audience
Requirements :
- A recognized bachelor degree in Arts Administration or Communication and Media or related discipline
- A great passion for visual arts / dance / music and performing arts
- Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
- Experience in palliative care / end-of-life care would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
