The Hong Kong Chinese Christian Churches Union (HKCCCU) is a Christian organization with a long history. Kwong Yum Care Home (Integrated Aged Care Service) is directly managed by HKCCCU. Its establishment expresses the Christian faith for both the pursuit of quality aging life and care. We are now looking for high calibre people to join the dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

Descriptions

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement psycho-social-spiritual care services, including individual, group and mass programs to seniors and caregivers
Design and coordinate spiritual care service, including Christian-based activities to the seniors and caregivers to explore and experience the change at old age and in the times of dying and death
Implement innovative projects for their well-being

Requirements :

A recognized bachelor degree in Social Science or related discipline
Training in Christian Counseling / Psychology / Life and Health Science would be an advantage
Be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
Experience in palliative care / end-of-life care would be an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
