- 中五或以上程度，香港中學會考五科合格 / 香港中學文憑試五科考獲第 2 級或以上，包括：中、英 (課程乙)、數，或同等學歷
- 為十五歲或以上展能中心學員釐定及執行服務計劃
- 策劃及推行中心小組及活動
- 兩年或以上服務智障人士經驗
- 每週工作 44 小時，毋須輪班
- 油麻地區工作
以上全職 / 非全職職位員工享有有薪年假、婚假、恩恤假、分娩假、侍產假、生日假、家庭友善假、進修津貼、醫療津貼、牙科福利及僱主強積金自願性供款等。
上述職位以合約制聘請。
