Pharmacist (Part-time)
The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as 'HKSR') is a pioneer in rehabilitation dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities, chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive society. We are a non-governmental organization receiving subvention from government and funds from private donors and other sources. DHC Express aims to provide primary healthcare services including health promotion, assessment and patient empowerment program to enhance the public awareness on disease prevention and the capacity in the self-management of health through the public-private partnership.

Work Location : Quarry Bay
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement various health promotion program, patient empowerment programs, and provide individual healthcare session on drug management
- Network with different community partners to organize and execute the health promotion services
- Provide training on drug management to staff and volunteers
- Work with a team of health care professionals on service developments
Requirements :
- Bachelor in Pharmaceutical study or equivalent
- Registered with Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Hong Kong with a valid practicing certificate
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in related health and social service
- Duties in evenings, weekends, Sunday and public holiday are required on need basis
- Part-time (0.5) employment is required
