Social Worker / Rehabilitation Officer
Established in 1984, Hong Kong Workers' Health Centre has been serving the community in promoting the occupational health & safety for over 40 years. We also provide community and occupational rehabilitation service for workers with work injury in Hong Kong. We are now recruiting suitable candidate to join our team.
Descriptions
Requirements :
- Registered Social Worker with Diploma / Degree or above in Social Work; Degree holder in Counselling or Psychology.
- Minimum 1 year of case work experience is an advantage, preferable in rehabilitation field.
- Mature, highly motivated, responsible and be able to handle multi-tasks.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities :
- To be a rehabilitation case manager in assessing the needs of workers with work injury, to provide case management and psychosocial intervention in facilitating clients' disability adjustment and return to work and community.
- To offer retraining and placement support to workers with work injury.
- To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
We offer 5-day work week.
