DREAM Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities (funded by Home Affairs Department)

Duties :
(a) Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of all the groups / programmes / activities for ethnic minorities. (b) Handle daily reception counter's duties and answer general inquiries. (c) Provide interpretation service for service users. (d) Manage fee payment of groups, programmes / activities. (e) Prepare reports and other relevant documents for evaluation, planning and record keeping purposes.

Requirements :
(a) Completed Form 5 / HKDSE / secondary school or above. (b) Knowledge of the culture of ethnic minorities service users. (c) Proven work experience to assist in the implementation of groups / programmes in the service assigned. (d) Proven experience and ability to create a network of partners, volunteers and support system. (e) Good command of oral and written English, fluency in Chinese and/or Thai language is an advantage. (f) Demonstrate positive and self-motivated attitude, and ability to work independently with minimum supervision. (g) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. (h) Ability to work in multi-cultural team and work environment. (i) Computer literate.
