Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day operations of the chef team, including making adjustments to the menus, co-ordinating meal preparations, service, manpower allocation and setting up of dining areas at home
  
• Elevate dining experience by reviewing feedback, refining work procedures, implementing measures and assisting with the development of innovative concepts to create dishes
  
• Manage F&B inventory, ordering supplies, controlling costs and preparing monthly expenses reports to maintain operational effectiveness & efficiency
  
• Check and procure kitchenware & kitchen appliances, handle any defects reported in a timely manner
  
• Be in attendance at core meal times to ensure the delivery of high quality service
  
• Maintain high standard of hygiene, food safety & balanced nutrition of daily meals
  
• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the household environment

• Diploma holder in F&B Management or related disciplines
  
• 5-8 years' experience in F&B operations of hotels or fine dining restaurants
  
• Multi-tasking with excellent time management, organizational and problem solving abilities
  
• Strong communication skills both with the family and chefs
  
• Available to work in shifts including evenings and weekends
  
• Good command of both English and Chinese
