Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement age-appropriate counselling activities and interventions, incorporating elements of expressive arts therapy, play therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
  
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and parents to ensure a holistic understanding of each child's needs and develop tailored strategies for support.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of group sessions, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices in counselling.
  
• Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge through participation in professional development opportunities and staying updated with the latest research and techniques in child and adolescent counselling.

• Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field, with a focus on child and adolescent counselling.
  
• Experience in facilitating group counselling sessions for school-aged children, preferably in educational settings.
  
• Expertise in expressive arts, play, LEGO, or other creative counselling modalities is an advantage.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and create a safe and engaging environment.
  
• Proficiency in using various counselling techniques, resources, and materials suitable for group settings.
  
• Unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices.
  
• Flexibility to work varied schedules to accommodate school hours and group session times.
