As a counsellor at The Gifted Studio, you will be assigned with clients according to their needs and preferences, as well as company orientation and strategies. Once paired with clients, you will be responsible to :

• Develop personalized counselling strategies and treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  
• Conduct face-to-face, video, audio or text counselling sessions with assigned clients. The choice of medium is upon the preference of both parties.
  
• Provide between-sessions support to clients, including but not limited to text messages and homework assignments.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and ethical guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with The Gifted Studio's team of counsellors to share best practices and ensure consistent quality of care.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related field.
  
• Experience in providing online and/or face-to-face counselling services, with a strong grasp of various counselling modalities.
  
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy, understanding, and clarity in both written and verbal interactions.
  
• Proficiency in using video conferencing platforms, counselling software, and client management systems.
  
• Unwavering commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical practices.
