Responsibilities:
Maintain complete control of the kitchen. Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities, Modify Menus or create new ones that meet quality standards, Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs,Supervise kitchen staff's activities(Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently)
Requirements :
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 Year(s) Experience Required; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write English ; MS Word; MS Excel; English Typing; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; Proven working experience as a Head Chef, Excellent record of kitchen management
Employment Terms:
$23,500 - $25,300 per month, with Overtime Allowance(1.5 times of basic salary), Annual Leave 12 days,Tips $500 per month and Meal provided $1600 per month, 11:00AM-3:00PM and 6:00PM-11:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day, 15:00 - 18:00 Meal Break
