Administration Officer (Operations)

Descriptions

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the full spectrum of store operation's issues
  • Perform general clerical duties, including memo and minutes issuing
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints
  • Perform marketing research and participate in various promotional activities
  • Responsible for data analysis and provide action plan to improve sales and operations
  • Provide training to frontline staff upon communicating with the General manager
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Officer

Requirements :
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • 3 years relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Energetic, responsible, able to multitask and prioritize
  • Good computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) & English language
