A boutique hotel located 3 minute walk away from Kennedy Town MTR station is looking for friendly caliber candidate for the post of Hotel Receptionist.
Location : Kennedy Town
- Handle client booking, inquiries and handle complaints
- Handle general operations of the hotel including organizing stock take with staff, customer service and maintenance tasks
- Assisting the Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations
- At least 1-2 years relevant guest service experience; hospitality experience is preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work on shift (08:30 - 22:45, 2 shifts, 9 hours work per day, 6 days per week) and weekends
