Responsibilities :

  • Perform the daily operations of the concierge
  • Address phone inquiries, requests and complaints
  • Promote programs and services to residents

Requirements :
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above with passing grades in English and Chinese
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Irregular working hours including shift duties are required
