Descriptions

Responsibilities :

  • Assist to monitor and develop the service provision and concierge services
  • Conduct assessments, individual care plans and counseling services
  • Organize psychosocial activities and events for residents

Requirements :
  • Higher Diploma or above in Social Work and registered as a Registered Social Worker
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Shift duties on weekends (on a need basis)
