Descriptions

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the Chief Executive Officer to plan, develop and implement social care and services
  • Identify service needs and develop strategies to provide high-quality integrated services
  • Lead and motivate teams to perform and provide high quality service
  • Monitor and evaluate service outputs and outcomes, including risks, safety and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee and ensure all the operations and procedures meet the requirements

Requirements :
  • Degree or above in Social Work and registered as a Registered Social Worker
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience with 5 years at managerial level
