Financial Services Development Council 香港金融發展局
The Financial Services Development Council ("FSDC") was established by the HKSAR Government in January 2013. The FSDC engages the financial services industry of Hong Kong and formulates proposals to promote the further development of the industry and map out the strategic direction for the development of Hong Kong as an international financial centre.
The Head will lead the research team in formulating and conducting in-depth policy research and studies in relation to economic and financial market development as well as human capital development. He/she will drive the engagement of industry bodies, market practitioners and others to gather views on strategies and measures, and to build constructive dialogues with policymakers, regulators and others to further the development of Hong Kong's financial services industry.
Holder of bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, economics or related disciplines. At least 10 years' post-qualification experience, at least 5 years of which should be at the senior management level in the financial services industry with solid experience in economic and financial market research and analysis.
