The Financial Services Development Council ("FSDC") was established by the HKSAR Government in January 2013. The FSDC engages the financial services industry of Hong Kong and formulates proposals to promote the further development of the industry and map out the strategic direction for the development of Hong Kong as an international financial centre.
The Executive Director is responsible for formulating strategies and action plans to foster further development of the financial services industry in Hong Kong, and cultivating and strengthening the FSDC's relationship with industry bodies, policymakers, regulators and other stakeholders. The Executive Director will direct the operations of the executive team to support the FSDC's initiatives, daily administration and corporate development and governance matters.
Holder of bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in finance, economics or related disciplines. At least 15 years' post-qualification experience, at least 8 years of which should be at the senior management level in the financial services industry with solid experience in policy analysis and research project management, market development, public relations and industry liaison.
