Part-time Assessor (Care Worker)

The Employees Retraining Board (ERB) is a statutory body which provides training programmes and services of high quality to people aged 15 or above with educational attainment at sub-degree level or below. Major Responsibilities :

  • To advise on, coordinate and conduct practical skills assessments of care worker related training courses. Each assessor might conduct around 10 assessment sessions per month and each session would last for 4 hours; and
  • to implement and maintain quality assurance measures in relation to practical skills assessments of care worker related training courses.

Entry Requirements :
  • Holder of the Certificate of Registered Nurse (General) and a valid practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
  • with 7 years or more experience in nursing care;
  • good command of English and Chinese, and fluent Putonghua would be an advantage;
  • good team spirit, strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and reporting skills; and
  • rich clinical experiences in Midwifery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and/or Geriatrics as well as in teaching, training and assessment would be an advantage.

Remuneration and Terms :
