Jockey Club Centre for Positive Ageing (JCCPA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the care of the elderly with dementia, is looking for a highly motivated person to join its multi-disciplinary team to fill the above post.

Descriptions

  • Nurse enrolled with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong in accordance with the Nurses Registration Ordinance (Cap. 164) and possess a valid practicing certificate.
  • At least 3-year of relevant post-registration working experience in elderly services, with at least 1-year focused on dementia care.
  • Experience in geropsychiatric nursing is an advantage.
  • Provide case management and nursing care for people with dementia in daycare and residential settings.
  • Monitor nursing quality and supervise frontline staff.
  • Collaborate on care plans and support families.
