Job Description :

• Planning, organizing and implementing social activities and outings programme for residents
  
• To do assessment of intake cases
  
• Develop and implement care plan and skill training for residents, including proposal writing, organizing, implementing and evaluation
  
• To set up procedures and policy which comply with SWD requirements
  
• Building good relationships with external organizations: schools, training centres, government departments
  
• Provide orientation and training to new volunteers and supervise them and review their performance
  
• Responsible for providing Home care services including casework with their care-givers, group works and activities. staff supervision and administrative management work

• Registered Social Worker
  
• Diploma / Degree in Social Work
  
• Experience working with NGOs, with a preference for experience working in a Residential Care Home for Disabilities environment
  
• Team building skills with a serving heart and excellent interpersonal communication skills
  
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
