Job Duties :

• Responsible for daily operations of the restaurant, including manpower scheduling, inventory update etc.
  
• Assist the operation director to manage employees to deliver high quality service
  
• Monitor and maintain control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
  
• Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and maximize the profitability to meet the company sales targets
  
• Ability to lead and motivate restaurant staff and kitchen team to build a strong team spirit
  
• Ensure positive guest experience, resolve customer complaints and take all appropriate actions
  
• Experiences in Pan Asian Restaurant is definitely an advantage

• University degree holder or equivalent. Must have Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Administration
  
• Minimum 5 years' experiences in food and beverage industry or hospitality industry at supervisory level
  
• Must be qualified and have knowledge of business and management principles and practices, strategic planning, restaurant and office administrative procedures
  
• Must have strong leadership, coaching skills, proactive and positive work attitude
  
• Must have customer oriented with strong communication and inter-personal skills
  
• Must be good problem solving and decision making skills
  
• Must have good communication of written and spoken in English
  
• Immediate available is preferred
