Job Responsibilities :
Make effective use of marketing campaigns to promote products and brand;
Communicate and negotiate well with external parties including agencies, and internal parties to roll out campaigns and activities;
Develop brand / product copy and story in both print and online promotional materials to drive business;
Plan and implement activities to engage target audience and improve sales conversions;
Explore other business opportunities to increase brand / product awareness;
Implement branding and product promotional activities and events to the target, on brand and budget;
Develop strategies and tactics to maximize the reach to the target audience effectively;
Understand consumer behaviour and competitive environments so as to react promptly to market needs by analysis and research.
Bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, English Language, Communications, Journalism or related disciplines;
Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing or communications;
Experience in English language teaching will be an advantage;
Familiar with the education sector, parents' market and/or the publishing industry;
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; with an analytical mind;
Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
Outgoing, proactive, dynamic and willing to take up challenges.
