Small Group Home Programme 'JC Project Bonfire' (funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust)

Duties :
(a) Effectively leading the planning, execution and monitoring of the captioned project to achieve the project goals and output efficiently. (b) Coordinate and manage project progress and adapt work as required. (c) Manage relationships with service users and their families, care givers, funders, researchers and other stakeholders / professionals involved in the project. (d) Collect statistical information and prepare progress / project review report as required and ensure the project deadlines to be met. (e) Assist in the publicity and promotion of the project.

Requirements :
(a) A recognized university degree in relevant discipline. Registered Social Worker is an advantage. (b) 1-2 years of work experience in children and youth service or in social service project management is preferrable. (c) Good command of written Chinese and English, proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English. (d) Good organizational skills, time management, communications and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders. (e) Ability to work independently, handle multi-tasks to meet deadline and manage various project elements simultaneously. (f) Demonstrate good project leadership and problem solving skills, self-motivated with attention to detail. (g) Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing. (h) Fresh graduate is also welcome.
